After Years of Neglect and Government Inaction. Military Veterans and Citizens of this Great Country have had enough. With 32,882 of our Hero Veterans are Homeless and half of them struggling With Disabilities. I know Shocking Right. We have established SOPHIAS PLACE for disabled Adults and Military Veterans. A Foundation to Ensure our Hero Brothers and Sisters Have a Place to call Home. Your Help is Desperately Needed.

At Affordable Tiny Homes North East, our mission is twofold: to bring high-quality, beautifully designed tiny homes to consumers while using our success to create a lasting impact in the lives of those who need it most. We believe that a home is more than just a structure—it’s a place of security, comfort, and independence. Our expertly crafted tiny homes are designed to provide an affordable, efficient, and sustainable housing solution for homeowners seeking a simpler, more intentional way of living. However, our commitment extends beyond our customers. With every home sold, we are working toward a greater purpose—using almost all of our proceeds to establish and organize a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting disabled adults and military veterans. Too often, individuals with disabilities face a future of uncertainty after their parents or guardians pass away, leading to instability, neglect, and a lack of proper care. Our goal is to change that reality by developing accessible, supportive housing solutions that ensure they have a safe and dignified place to call home.
Through our nonprofit initiative, affordable Tiny Homes North East Helps Fund Sophia's Place a sanctuary for Disabled Adults and Military Veterans, we are committed to funding and developing communities where these individuals can thrive with the care, resources, and independence they deserve. Studies reveal that individuals with disabilities are four to ten times more likely to experience abuse than those without disabilities. Even more alarming, within nursing homes and long-term care facilities, 64.2% of staff members admitted to committing some form of abuse in the past year. This mistreatment—whether physical, emotional, or financial—often goes unreported due to victims' fear, communication barriers, or lack of resources to seek help.
